Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge devices features 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, which means lower power consumption and resource management for the phone. Improving the multitasking without suspending background running applications.

Main highlight of the camera present in the Galaxy S7 devices is get 12MP rear camera with dual-pixel technology that is said to deliver better image clarity despite the lower number of pixels. The aperture size is f/1.7, which ensures better lowlight performance as the lens captures more light. TouchWiz is upgraded now it provides more smoother performance and more integrated material design, it doesn't feel like lag any more, The notification panel is now white in colour and the interface now allows the user to remove the app drawer if they want to. The icons are also slightly redesigned and feature what Samsung calls 'squircle' shape, a mix of square and circle... The on board LTE chipset upgraded Cat 9 LTE speeds, which translates to download speeds of up to 450Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50Mbps. This is much faster than Galaxy S6's Cat6 download speeds of 300Mbps, while maximum upload speeds remain the same. Currently Galaxy S7 devices run the latest Android 6.0 operating system.
