Among these two mobiles, both mobiles are powered with Quad Core processors, 13 MP camera, 2 GB Ram and all most of same specifications but Oppo find 5 does not have any external memory card slot, Find 5 is a little bit heavier than Samsung S4 and it supports 4G connectivity. Oppo has a international warranty of 2 years and no restrictions for routing (routing does not break warranty), but Samsung Galaxy S4 can be rooted and many custom firmware are available on internet. If the mobile is routed warranty will be broken it is very disappointing. Oppo updated their Find5 very frequently and Samsung Galaxy S4 OTA updates are slow. S4 has many official applications and inbuilt software, Find 5 you can't find that many, but it is not big issue because when are talking about android everything is possible, many custom apps can be found over internet.
Finally, both the smartphones are best in stores and in our views, both the mobiles are developers friendly expect S4 warranty issue. So it depends on you which mobile to buy.
